Hired is a 6-year old VC-funded marketplace for recruiting of tech workers (designers, PMs, data scientists, software engineers, etc.) that operates with 10 offices in 4 countries with 10,000 registered employers and 2.5m candidates.
Hired plans to launch a Bounty program that incentivizes participants such as hiring managers and recruiting agencies to submit candidates against open bounties that will be posted by Hired Inc itself or our clients directly, thus allowing them realize value from the hundreds or thousands of candidates that they interact with but don't hire on an annual basis.
Hired tokens can also be used for assessment & skills verification, which will be stored in a candidate's smart resume, thus removing the repetitive interviews and speeding up the hiring process.
